It's been rather quiet on the photography scene lately, with getting settled back into living a semi-normal life back in the beautiful South West of W.A after spending over 3 years in the Pilbara.

I haven't been getting to too many events, but one event I had the privilege of shooting was the Monster Energy Super X Australasian Supercross Championship event held at the Burswood Dome in Perth. Follow the link to view photos of Super X in Perth on the ADB website.

Thanks to Ant Lyon at Australasian Dirt Bike Magazine for organising it. I was lucky enough to shoot the event on behalf of and for ADB Mag. (www.adbmag.com)

Another exciting thing this month is the publishing of my first feature shoot for ADB Mag. The Story titled "Dust Devils" is about the Indee 500 Desert Race on Indee Station in Port Hedland. Ant Lyon has put a great spin on the story, which is a very entertaining read. It is in the December issue of Autralasian Dirt Bike magazine.

I also attended one of Christian Fletcher's (www.christianfletcher.com.au) workflow courses. It was here that I learnt a few more tips about how to work an image (landscapes) to get the best out of it. It's amazing what you can do with a few tweaks here and there, and with Christians enthusiasm and passion for photography, it makes it a lot more enjoyable and fun.

Had a chance to shoot Josh Sheehan at home in Donnybrook practising for an upcoming FMX comp in Mackay in Queensland. Josh worked solid for 3 hours and put in some awesome tricks. I will have a profile of Josh up soon.

Super X was simply awesome!! How can those boys concentrate on racing?

Inspired after Christian Fletcher's workshop, I was blessed with beautiful light at home on the farm the next day.

Also tried my hand at trying to create some edgy style shots.
